Review content:
Called to make an appointment for repair. 1) their phone was stuck on ""we are not here"". 2) finally reached someone and the response was ""what?"". Not ""How can I help you?"", or ""How are you doing?"". It felt like I was an inconvenience. 3) Then their computers were hung and he could not even make an appointment. Hung up after we sat there for 15 minutes. Ugh!
In general all my visits there have been this way. (3 in the past). Even when shopping there for parts it is very difficult to get someone to help you. I'm looking for someone else to take care of my RV. I'll not go back.
Cons: Very hard to speak to anyone, rude
