Review content:
Mollys Trolly made our wedding day an unhappy experience. We were told that if we hit traffic that we would NOT have to pay for the services because we are not at fault. Well...the driver dropped the party off at the reception and put that their was traffic next to the sheet times. The traffic was due to PENNDOT construction causing detours. The employee at Mollys Trollys office used ""white out"" over the drivers notation and sent out a bill for $300 in traffic and this was on top of the $1500 we paid already. We received the bill on the day we returned from our Maui honeymoon. It was enough that our reception was cut short from the traffic, but Mollys Trolly lied and then whited out their drivers notation of traffic. Needlees to say I went to their office and asked for the originial white out document. They tried to say they didnt have the document anymore. I said I would not leave until I saw it and that it is against the law to alter a document. They eventually ""found it"". And i was correct, they had used ""white out"" We compromised to pay half which Im still not happy about. What a miserable experience. I already told three other couples who thought of them to get a limo instead. Its just not worth the headache.
