I have always had great service at the Mustang Tag Agency until today. Even though I had my insurance card, they stated they couldn't verify my insurance and needed my insurance company ""Geico"" to fax them a copy. I had to travel to my house, called Geico and requested they fax a copy of my insurance to the provided fax number. The Geico representative confirmed the fax was sent. When I went back to the tag agency, they stated they haven't received it yet. By this time I was very frustrated, went to the tag agency in Yukon and was in and out of the door in five minutes with new tags for my vehicle. Even though the tag agency in Yukon is out of my way, I will always use them in the future.
Cons: Difficulity getting tags for my vehicle.
