Review content:
The test of a good customer service is not when things are going right for your business, but how you deal with customers when things go wrong. I have worked in customer service all my life. I know what it means to hold yourself accountable for mistakes. I used to be a fan of this dry cleaners. I have been taking my business there for seven years. I have even suggested them to clients for slip cover cleaning, alterations etc. I recently paid to have a suit taken in. Upon getting the suit back I realized the pants still were too long and waist too big. Not only did the owner act like I was trying to rip him off because I refused to pay a second time for the work, he asked me ""what my problem was"". Well sir, my problem, now becomes your problem, because I will tell anyone who I deal with to go elsewhere. That is how customer service works. If you want great, not just mediocre service, pass on this business
