My girlfriend and I were needing a new mattress badly, and a friend of hers recommended PJ's. We went around to different stores. During the shopping trip we got the experience of salesmen pushing us to very comfortable but highly over priced mattress' and there where others who were helpful. Some even had comfortable mattress' in our price range. Then we wondered into PJ's, the first impression is much different from the other mattress stores in the fact that it is dark and warehousey, but Jason came to us right away and was super helpful. We are a couple that has slightly different support needs so his help finding the right comfort was appreciated and his patience with our mixed needs was great. He even gave us a great deal (in fact it was the greatest deal) on a Serta mattress (the bowling ball commercial type) with boxspring, frame, and delivery. To top it off they were able to deliver it the same day as purchased. When it got to us my girlfriend changed her opinion of it feeling that it wasn't as firm as it felt in the store, we tried it for a week and went back in. Jason was once again on top of it all and helped us find another more firm but not to firm mattress. Then had it delivered and switched out for the first mattress free of charge, also on the same day we went in. Not only was the service helpful but the bed was the same model you find in the other mattress stores only cheaper. Their card reads 'sleeping better knowing you saved' and they mean it.
