Review content:
When I went to Heather's school to observe, it was like nothing I'd ever seen before. I went home and excitedly told my husband that I had found THE school for our preschool age son.
Heather patiently reinforces self-control, proper social behavior and helps them to become independent learners in all areas. Although Heather covers the basics, she covers so many other things that lead to healthier, well-rounded minds including singing and french.
Our son struggled with the fine motor skills needed to print his letters. Instead of making him write his letters over and over, she gave him tasks that were incredibly fun (pin pricking the maps of continents, embroidery and hand stitching) and those very activities helped him to develop the find motor skills he needed, it also left him with tangible art works to bring home and cherish. I taught him cursive in 1st grade and it was a breeze but only because Heather paved the way! And he is still very proud of his maps and hand embroidered/stitched quilt.
My son is now 8 and he has the best memories of being at Heather's school (grinding coffee and washing dishes were his two favorite activities). Our whole family benefited tremendously from all Heather's work.
