This has to be the absolute worst place of service possible. I took my dog in for a normal grooming session and received the worst treatment. I asked to be allowed into the room as my puppy was being dried and brushed (after his shower) as I heard him crying the whole time he was being washed. The worker had no problem with my presence in the room, as I was only helping calm down my dog. The owner asked me to wait outside because he ""didn't want customers in there."" This would have been understandable if I hadn't seen the worker DROP my dog on his back from the cleaning table and tie the harness around his neck so tight to cause him to start wheezing. When I told the owner about what I saw and why I found it necessary to be in the room, he replied ""Maybe if you train your dog"" that wouldn't happen. My dog is a husky puppy; anybody that knows anything about dogs understands how active puppies of that breed are. The facility looked more like a place of torture than grooming and my dog was upset, crying and shaking the whole time. I've taken him to another place on ventura blvd. multiple times and this has never been a problem. I was forced to go here as our usual place was booked for this day. This place is horrible and the owner is completely rude, I wouldn't suggest this place for anybody.
