Review content:
We just had our sons 13th Birthday Party and will never will step foot in that dump again. The owner was extremely rude and unprofesional. The employees were clueless about everything except of how to load the guns. The party was at 10 am and noone was at the location until 9:55am. When we got there they had no record about us ordering food for a party of 20. There was noone that could give the parents actual directions of how to get to the place. The floor was so slippery that the 4 adults that came to hang out with teenagers refused to paintball because it was to dangerous. The owner was so obnoxious that when my husband asked were the plates for the cake were he said we don't provide that stuff. I had called the day befor to confirm everything and ask if we needed to bring anything I should have guessed when they seem confused about our party. If we didnt have 15 children with their hearts set on paintballing and if they had not insisted on 1/2 the payment ahead we would have walked out the door and gone somewhere else.
