wow. Cool doesn't really do this place justice. It has a fresh new idea and has put that into a super cool building. I don't know what the pearl was before it was the pearl but imagine this has that chic industrial feel that it might have. food is fab and great prices...and names! went to just look, walked, in and ended up trying a salad and sandwich (huge servings btw) and even used some of the free doodling stuff on the table, somthing I have not done since grade school! cool art on the walls. i liked that there were some people lounging and drinking, one was working, and a couple of gals were painting..good vibe! Not too artsy fartsy but rather just hip and creative. I'd go again...in a heartbeat. Oh! And as I was leaving a model came in to pose for sketching!
Pros: great atmosphere, great food, cozy but hip, happy hour
Cons: none. there is even parking!
