I got a bid from another vinyl siding contractor that was significantly cheaper than that of Mark. However that contractor would set up a ""tentative start date"" and said he would call several days in advance to confirm--which he never did. I was also uncomfortable that this cheaper contractor never gave me a written contract so when I met with Mark, I had a bad experience to compare him to. I was very happy with Mark's professionalism--got a contact at our first meeting. His crew did a wonderful job installing vinly siding on my very small addition. The crew did a great job and cleaned up debris afterwards. While not the least inexpensive, again sometime you DO get what you pay for.
Pros: Professionalism of Mark, expertise of work crew
