Review content:
It was my first time to Sew What. I walked in and the place was a mess. I was completely ignored because Jean was on the phone. She did not even hold up a finger implying 'one second'. After she got off the phone she asked what I wanted. I explained that I just needed the neckline slightly altered. She bitterly told me to put on the dress on. I came out and her assistant started to help me. As I had my dress on, Jean noticed that I kept pulling up. She walked over to me and yanked the dress down explaining that it won't fall off... Seemed very impatient and acted rude towards me. Her assistant suggested two different options for the alterations and Jean said she wouldn't even do anything to it. I want something on my dress changed and will pay for the services, so why would I be refused? I walked out unsatisfied and will not be returning.
