My wife and I are very pleased with the bench we purchased from you. It is well made, attractive and was delivered and unpacked for us just as we had hoped. With regard to the ordering process, I think you have an excellent system to have the customer confirm and authorize the order and recommend that you don't change anything with that process. All of the people at your company were most pleasant to work with on this order.
