Always enjoy our visits to El Coyote...whether it's date night or we're bringing our 4-year old son along. The staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and flavorful. Order the fresh guacamole (made in front of you) or just enjoy the fresh salsa & chips brought to your table. The restaurant has three rooms, 2 for dining and a bar. Bright decor, balloons for the kids and lots of parking. My husband and I order the same dishes each time...I order the steak Churasco with creamy potatoes, my husband orders the Mole Poblano (chicken with mole sauce) with rice & beans. We love it!
