Review content:
Steer clear of Pru-Fox offices. They're staffed with predators and cater to them. For example, consider Mark Arbeit from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office. This gentleman preyed on me & my wife by keeping from us information about a leaking underground oil tank beneath our house that had kept another fast-talking Pru-Fox realtor in his office from unloading the place for months. Oh, yeah-- he has also preyed on little schoolboys: Read all about it in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Did I write that Pru-Fox caters to predators? Sure. The gentleman from whom I purchased my toxic waste dump is a doughy, pasty-faced mortgage broker who was busted in a ""Catch a Predator""-type sting run out of Florida. The guy seems still to be the toast of all the ""Beautiful People"" down here in Margate; but that's only because ""normal joes"" are frightened to speak one bad word about ""Margate Royalty."" Well, I'm not! Look-- Do you really want to get tangled up with these types? If not, then stay away from Pru-Fox!!!
