f you value your garments and shoes do not bring them here! My wife dropped off our clothes to both be altered and laundered. She was so unnerved by the shop owner's creepy demeanor that she did not want to return to pick up our things. When I picked up our items I was in a rush so I did not immediately check them until I got home. Once home, I was surprised to find that there was a hole in my wife's skirt.The buttons I asked to be replaced and payed for, were not replaced at all. The alterations to my pants were almost comical as one pant's leg was longer than the other. Finally, our clothes smelled musty, as if they had not been laundered at all. I immediately returned to the store, with receipt in hand, to inquire why our clothes were in such bad condition. The owner became belligerent with me, immediately denied any responsibility, offered no guarantees or compensation, refund or restitution. I simply asked to have the services I payed for provided to which he refused despite having the receipt and the clothes still having his dry cleaning tag still stapled to them.This business is either grossly incompetent or purposely negligent. I have never had such poor customer service and seen such lack of care. I wish I could give negative stars!
