VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL OWNERS. CANT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE IN THE ORLANDO AREA THAT IS CLEAN, CLOSE TO THE THEME PARKS AND YOU DONT PLAN ON SPENDING MUCH TIME AT THE CAMPGROUND, THEN THIS IS AN EXCELLENT LOCATION. IF YOU WANT THE OUTDOORSY EXPERIENCE AND YOU PLAN ON SPENDING LOTS OF TIME AT THE CAMPGROUND, THEN YOU NEED TO KEEP LOOKING. I'M SURE THE OWNERS CANT DO MUCH ABOUT THAT BUT IT IS TOUGH TO GET THE OUTDOORSY FEELING WHEN YOU HAVE S.R. 192 100 YDS TO THE WEST, A SAMS CLUB ACROSS THE STREET AND AN APPARTMENT COMPLEX TO THE EAST. THEY HAD A POOL THAT WE DIDNT VISIT BECAUSE WE SPENT 3 DAYS AT THE DISNEY PARKS. IT APPEARED TO BE VERY WELL MAINTAINED THOUGH
