Review content:
We special ordered some lumber that we had to have in a 3 day's from the date of order. They promised delivery, it took them 3 weeks to get the lumber. we cancelled the order after 5 day's, but because it was special order they would not return the money (we made a mistake and trusted them by prepaying BIG MISTAKE). Don't buy from these people you would think as big as this organization is that they would on a customer service stance accept that they did not do as promised and cancel the order.
