I'm picky about my car and prefer to talk to the mechanic that will be working on my car. When I called Ledbetter's to make an appointment, I was told that they would address any concerns that I might have. After talking to Michael and Nate, I felt comfortable about leaving my car with them. When I picked up my car, everything looked good and even had an opportunity to discuss some future repairs with Nate. Glad I found this shop.....also in a good location for me.
