The primary problem is its reresentative to the Tarzana Tennis Townhomes in which I own a unit. Her name is Alice Woods who works for Columbia Management. She speaks out of turn and yells and barks at people at the association meetings. She cannot answer simple questions; Nor did she respond to the letter I sent to her office over 3 years ago regarding a sattelite dish issue she claimed was not done to code.Even though it was the employee under her who approved what was being done. Perhaps if Columbia Management released the incompetent Alice Woods from the firm they get on with handling the day to day business in a proper and efficient manner.
