Review content:
I called UPS to clarify that my package was okay to ship since it contained a toy gun that was not legally a firearm. They said they will ship it. I then came to this location and when the owner asked what was in the package I was honest. He then told me he could not accept firearms. I tried to explain to him it was not a firearm and it was a toy. He made me go across town to the corporate owned UPS, which accepted my package.
UPS is a great company but privately owned branches like this risks ruining their image.
