Review content:
I have been going to Paco's since 1989 and I absolutely love the food. My favorite is the ""build your own"" nachos, however the guacamole and cheese dip shouldn't be missed. The great thing about their nachos is that each chip has the exact same amount of toppings as the others. In most restaurants you just get a sloppy mess where one chip will have a pound of toppings on it , the next one will have none and the next one will be soggy. There is often a wait to be seated, but the service is fast and the food is always piping hot. I now live out of state, but everytime I'm in the Orlando area I make a point to go to Paco's.
Pros: Great food, quick service
Cons: Sometimes a wait, waitresses aren't always friendly
