This store is never staffed! They make you wait and wait to take an order and then even longer to get it! DO NOT ever order special food, it will not happen (I ask for no dehydrated onions and NEVER get the order without them!) Today, there was no one behind the counter, (I thought they had a walk out) and the lines of cars outside was proof no one cared. This was at 8:45 am--no one wants to wait for 15 minutes to get food that takes 2 minutes to eat. FUGGETABOUTIT if you go at lunch! Total disaster. Dover McDonald's are a horrible bunch of fast food places but this new one should have just been torn down and turned into a parking lot for the races. The mangers here need to get their act together or get OUT! The next time I go in there (and it will be a while) I will act like a jerk because it seems that is the only way to get your food.
