We are also having problems with Engineering Industries. They have had our TV for almost four months. It is under full warrianty. They keep saying they can't get the part from Samsung. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Buera tonight. I bought the TV at Best Buy. None of the three company's can help me. I understand from another repair place that they are supossed to replace the product if it can't be fixed in 30 days. All I want is my TV back. I will never deal with this company again.
