Review content:
Make sure to read your contract carefully. Of course they do not tell you everything you need to know. My contract was for 9 mos and I thought it would terminate at the end of that time period, however, after being charged an additional month I called to inquire about the charge. I was told that my contract had began to run month to month and that I would also have to provide 30 days notice before cancelling. Therefore I was charged an additonal 3 months without my consent. Furthermore, you cannot provide notice of cancellation over the phone, but must go tot he gym or mail in a letter of cancellation. Needless to say, it has been the worst gym experience in my life. I prefer Gold'S Gym- execellent facilities and excellent customer service.
