I had been looking for a Prius that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as a few others also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a ""manager's special,"" so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick.
