I purchased a car the end of October and its now 1/11/12 and the dealership somehow forgot to send in the required sales tax information to the DMV. After 3 trips to the DMV I had to file a state complaint against J&M to get a second temp permit until they can get their act together. You would think that a place that sells cars paper work would be a fundamental concept. When you call J&M customer service is beyond sub par.
This place also writes its own reviews to boost its ratings, becareful.
