My husband was interested in purchasing a Honda Odyssey from this dealership. He simply asked if the vehicle had any known damage to it and the gentleman he was speaking to became very defensive. My husband said that he would write the VIN number down and that his wife (me) would probably want to run a Car Fax on it. The guy replied back to him saying ""I don't give a s**t what your wife does. We decided from there that we would not be buying a car from him. To make matters worse I used my Car Fax account and pulled the VIN the car had front end damage and the airbags had been deployed 3 months ago. No wonder he was so defensive!
Cons: Extremely poor attitude
