Review content:
had no problems until recently with in-store visit. Pricing of cigars was sloppily handled, ended up having to return after realizing I had been overcharged, though not by much monetarily but still significant, as a matter of principle. More importantly, was treated very coldly as a result, depsite the fact I have patronized the store multiples time before. The particular cashier was someone I had never seen there before. Regardless, all customers should be treated with respect and not with derision as one is leaving. The proprietor (not the nice lady who is usually there) gave me an evil glare as I reported the problem, making it clear I was not welcome. Too bad, as others, including the proprietress, have been very nice to me before. Although my total purchase amount was not much, service should have been better as I have been a regular patron. And who knows, if I had been treated better, I would have spent more at a later time, since, being a physician, I clearly have the means to do so. I should have known there was a problem by how he eyed me as I was looking for cigars to buy and by how he scrutinized my credit card, even asking to have me pay by cash as his reader was not processing my card. Most persons would have first tried to have entered the credit card information by hand first before saying anything. A pox on your house!
