There was always a wait and when I called to get new contacts they said I had to go back for another exam because I had not been there since the year before (15 months prior). They said the prescription had ""expired"". I've been wearing contacts for 19 years and my prescription nor brand had not changed in years. I usually go for an eye exam every other year and switch off between glasses and contacts. I felt it was a scam to get more money out of me. He said ""we have to make sure the contacts aren't falling out of your eyes"". Ok, I've been wearing the same brand since 2009 and they never ""fell out"" of my eyes.
