Review content:
My husband and I applied for home through Whitfield Realty after speaking with a bank lender and having our credit review we know that we were a year off from being able to buy so renting for another year and going through a rent to own company seemed the way to go. Whitfield was very hard to get in contact with, which should have been red flag number one, red flag number two was all the personal information that was request, reg flag three was a call from my landlord stating that she wasn't comfortable answering all the person question he was asking her and she request he send her a form on company letterhead to be certain she was providing information to a company, which he decided not to send and simply just sent my husband and I an email saying not approved.
