I went to Toyota 101 with the intention of leasing a brand new Prius V. I was intrigued by the no-commission sales team and was so utterly thrilled with the way I was treated from beginning to end, I have recommended the dealership to all my friends and family. I worked with Rob and was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. It was truly the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. A couple days after the purchase, Rob called me to make sure I was completely satisfied and told me if I ever have any questions to give him or one of his colleagues a call. I did have a question about the car's nav system and computer and Rob invited me back into the dealership and walked me through my questions. GREAT SERVICE! If you're looking to buy a Toyota, you should definitely go to Toyota 101. I live in Oakland and the experience was so positive, I'd make the drive again.
