I purchased a light for my sister. She was told over the phone it would have a dent, and would be $45. When I arrived, we were told it would be $75. I purchased it anyhow and was told if I had a problem, to just bring the light back. When I gave it to my sister, she knew immediately it was the wrong light. It also had a hole in it. Upon returning it, we were told that they would not take it because it was not in good condition. IT WAS THE EXACT CONDITION THEY SOLD IT IN! My husband argued with them for half an hour while the salesperson essentially accused my husband of making the whole thing up. He was offered 20 dollars, then eventually 40. Terrible customer service. We took them at their word that they would accept returns, and were treated like crap when we took it back. Shame on them! Do not go.
Cons: ripped off. Poor business transaction
