I have used Naomi's for years...to find that perfect replacement lamp shade (they have a nice selection)....to find a nicer finial (so many to choose from)...to buy a new lamp when I need one (it's always the first place I look for a unique or stylish lamp), or to have a lamp CUSTOM MADE. Naomi's touts that you can make a lamp from many common objects and they REALLY do have the skills and materials to make it happen. I once brought them two Italian painted glass vases which I had bought at Pier 1 (because of the unique pattern and colors) and asked if they could be made into lamps. I worked with one of the staffers to select a base, harp, shade, finial and hardware (you can even choose the color of the cord & plug...a significant option for me since I hate ugly cords that clash with my room's color palette). While they couldn't guarantee that the glass could be drilled (for the cord) without breakage, I was willing to take the risk. The lamps are stunningly beautiful and make a strong decorative statement. I've gotten so many compliments on them. I wish I would have known about this shop sooner. I HIGHLY recommend Naomi's Lampshades & Lamps to anyone who loves light and is looking to repair a lamp, find parts for a lamp, change features on an existing lamp, or create a new lamp. I have used them for all of these needs and have always been very happy. They do quality work & use high quality materials. Whenever I have a need related to a lamp, they are my first choice. JudyW
