Review content:
I love the ladies there, they have great style and are terrific at choosing the perfect shades and accessories for all of my lamps. They made a pair of lamps for me and right away the switches did not turn on or off properly. I took them back and the lady told me she does not like the 2 way switch they installed because they are unreliable. They explained that they do not guarantee any of the parts they use and offered to sell me two new 3 way switches at full price ($22 each) and to replace them including full price labor charges too. I expected more from them and have made many lamps there over the years. When you spend $200 for a shade and base etc...and labor it should work.
