I was going to this salon for about a year & used to get both highlights and a haircut. My hair was medium brown with golden highlights & when I asked my colorist to dye it back to my natural hair color, which she knew very well was medium brown, after the summer I ended up with jet black hair!! She left the salon without even checking up on me. When I went for a haircut right afterward, the guy who cut my hair for the first time cut it completely crooked and cut 3 inches off when I asked for a trim. They all kept reassuring me (not the colorist because she left) that this was my hair color. I never thought I would cry about something like this but I looked like a witch. I don't recommend this place at all!!!!!
