Review content:
I have never been treated so rudely and lied to as much as from the owner and employees of this company. I was sold a boat that was described as 'just like new - it had been used for three hours'. After I bought the boat I realized there were several deep scratches in the boat, a hole in the bottom of the boat, velcro on the seats were tearing, scratches on the trolling motor had been covered with black paint, huge scratches on the bottom of the motor, the light pole was bent and the hinges were bent. Once I contacted the owner Jack the rudeness began. When I tried to return the boat I was surrounded by a group of men using intimidation tactics. I have had the boat for a month and it has been at the 'shop' for three weeks of that month. My calls are not returned and when I actually get to speak to someone I am told my boat is ready or will be ready by the end of the day. This has been going on for three weeks now. BUYER BEWARE! I wish someone would have posted a review to warn me.
Pros: Easy access, good selection of boats
Cons: Intimidation tactics, phone calls are not returned, customers are treated rudely once a boat is purchased, lying
