Let me start by saying that both Dr. Kern and Dr. Heinmiller are EXCELLENT pediatricians. The nurses too are friendly and helpful. The biggest fault of this practice is the growing number of printed policies splattered across the lobby and desk. It is so unwelcoming to enter a pediatricians office and not be able to see past the glass due to all of the postings ""NO Cellphones"" ""fees for cancelled appointments"" ""fees for phoning in Rxs."" Apparently one print of each is not enough because they have multiple copies posted. The latest is a letter that you must sign with 17 RULES most of which carry a fee. We have enjoyed wonderful care at this practice for nearly a decade and three children. I am saddened to see the practice turn so negative.
