My review is this my friend. I am a prior student of Hillcrest School for Girls and Boys. (Now known as a correctional facility). It was in the early 70s to. But without the fences.
Pros: Teaches understanding of rules and regulations in our society that all of us must coexist
Cons: Mixing chemical dependant youths with out of parentsl control kids is not in the best interest of all the children and teens
