I can't speak to their work quality, because they were so incredibly and dishonestly overpriced that I refused all services. The hourly rate is pretty standard, but they grossly exaggerate the time it takes to do any job, and they itemize each job, so as to exponentially increase the cost (as if they can't do two things at once). When you call them on it, they say ""Look, this is a business and we're here to make money,"" as if I don't know that or respect that. I found it ridiculously corrupt and condescending. They bank on the assumption you're a schmuck who'll pay whatever they say for your European car. And they must pay the girl at the desk fairly well to either play dumb or act tough, whichever the situation calls for.
