seriously, it's the best spot in town. feels like you closed your eyes and found yourself on a side street in france. great music, great food, great wine, great art...and there is this girl with blonde dreadlocks that, if you're lucky, might be your server. Might I add, she just might be the most beautiful girl in the world. That's what you'll get at Carroll Street. Try the mussells, try the ""more-mosa"" on a sunday morning, try the fish special any night of the week..hands down the best restaurant in Atlanta.
