If you want to try pilates - you have to go to Studio Lotus. I've been going to Studio Lotus for over 8 years; what keeps me coming back are the excellent instructors. Every instructor I've worked with has been consistently good; each workout is challenging and fun whether you're a beginner or advanced. In addition, the variety of classes and training options offered by the Studio allows me to fit in pilates sessions at least 2 or 3 times a week despite a busy schedule. Finally, the atmosphere is warm but professional - I've never felt out of place or intimated. I would highly recommend Studio Lotus to anyone, of any age.
