I have been going to Studio Lotus for the past three years. My experience there has been so positive that I cannot imagine going anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and knows all of their clients by name. The instructors are excellent -- extremely knowledgeable about their craft, very approachable and generous with their time, and genuinely invested in your well-being and progress. While the apparatus sessions allow for more personalized attention, the group classes are small enough that you never feel like just another body. I particularly like the unlimited class packages (available for one, three, or six months) -- they include both mat pilates and kettlebells and are a phenomenal deal. Prior to coming to Studio Lotus, I had never done pilates or kettlebells -- now, I can't imagine my life without them.
