I have been doing Pilates for 3 years now and I came across this gem in Atlanta! This is by the far the BEST pilates studio I have ever found! The instructors are all professionally trained and the facility is state-of-the-art. I love the ""Tower Classes"" which can be taken once you are at an intermediate level. I encourage anyone of any fitness level to consider starting Pilates at Studio Lotus, you will not regret it!
