Studio Lotus at Atlanta Ballet has transformed me! I had focused on losing weight and needed to begin a regular exercise program. The convieniece of the studio at the intersection of Windy Hill and Powers Ferry Roads near I-75 was one reason to try pilates. Once there, I realized the instructors were top notch and the exercise program was a perfect fit from beginning to intermediate to advanced instruction. A year has passed and I have participated in mat classes, tower classes, reformer boot camps, and private instruction. The variety is great! I am physically strong, mentally calm and sleep is more restful. These things are important to me!
