I leased a vehicle from Land Rover Encino in Feb. 2008. The staff there was much different, more service oriented (or so I thought). Within a few mos to a year, most of the people who were assets to the dealership were no longer there. Dexter, their ""best"" salesman, sold me my Range Rover. He has done absolutely NO follow up since Feb. 2008. My lease is ending. I need another vehicle & I have never received correspondence from the dealership or Dexter to aid in me choosing possibly another Land Rover vehicle. Their sales staff is unprofessional. They do NO follow up if you purchase/lease a vehicle. They add a ton of other things to your contract (insurance coverage for different parts of the car like tires & windshield) that significantly increase your monthly payment. I had to take possession of my car before I needed it. I had no mats. I had to return to get a set of mats. My car wasn't washed properly, more or less detailed. When I called for service or to get info re: my tire insurance when I had a flat, it took them almost an entire day to return my call. Never again.
