Aleyda's has been a favorite of mine for almost two decades now. I am a long-time customer, and I highly recommend Aleyda's to anyone for an enjoyable meal. contrary to other reviews, the interior is actually cleaned pretty regularly, and yes, like all restaurants the service may falter on a busy night. I DON'T recommend aleyda's for their lunch buffet, because in my mind, WHO goes to a mexican restaurant and judges the quality on a $10 LUNCH BUFFET? sit down, have some chips, guac, and a freshly prepared meal, and i think that the average person has very little room to complain about Aleyda's. it is very authentic, and priced accordingly.\r

you can even get out of the plaza without having to pull that that stupid u-turn east of 95.
