I just read some of these reviews and had to make a few comments myself.. I have been a customer of this store for years and have always found them to be very caring about the animals. I have overheard other customers asking questions and they always take the time to be sure that they answers them completely and they understand. They have puppies and kittens and take good care of them.. I have never seen any abuse. I visit the store 2 to 3 times a week to pick up things for my animals and they are always cleaning or helping customers pick out a pet. On one occasion I heard the salesperson tell a customer that this puppy wasn't a good match for there family because he was just too hyper...It just not about making a sale to them they really care.. I live in Monrovia and have met others that have gotten many of there pets from them and that never say anything negative...
