Scalini's reminds me of the Italian restaurants in Little Italy, New York. It's a bold statement considering that Little Italy has some of the best restaurants in the country but Scalini's definitely compares. The food is great. I have always been seated quickly - even on a Friday and Saturday night. The staff is great.
Pros: Great food, inexpensive, private booths in one area
Cons: The area that contains the open tables can feel cramped
