Review content:
The apartment themselves look really nice inside, but it's not until you move in you realize just how cheaply the complex is built. It is so easy to scuff the wall with one small bump, the blinds are super flimsy and you can hear each and every move your neighbor makes. This wouldn't be so bad if people were naturally considerate and in a perfect world, they would be. However, as I type this our upstairs neighbor decided it would be a great time to vacuum, at 11PM! If you're a light sleeper, for your sanity it would be a wise move to pick an apt on the top floor. Leash laws are not enforced here and people do not pick up their dog poop even though they have stations every 20 feet! I have lost count of how many people I have run up on who are just letting their dogs roam with no leash. Parking isn't as bad as we expected. But if you have multiple people with multiple cars, you have to be flexible and prepare to walk a little at night when you park. The cardio machines in the gym work barely. But they work. The pool area is nice. Kids run around without any supervision on a regular basis and they are super loud. On the up side, the staff is friendly and the maintenance is always quick. Like I said in the subject line, it's typical community living.
