Review content:
I'm not sure if any of the local rags have a ""Best New Restaurant"" issue or not. But if they do I expect to see Shandong on the cover this year. Ive been here multiple times for lunch in the short time theyve been open and each meal is an entirely new experience. At first I ordered the basic items like Kung Pow Shrimp and Lemon Chicken, but as theyve gained my trust Ive branched out and tried their house specialties like the Shandong Chicken and the Tan Tan Noodles. THIS, is where its at. They make their own noodles, fresh for each order. They are like no other noodles you have ever had. Incredible. If you are a lover of mushrooms then this is the place for you as well. No dried stuff here, all fresh and plenty of them. Charming decor and a pleasant and helpful staff, I cant say enough about this restaurant. If you like quality Chinese food then this should be on your list of things to do this week.
